95.9% of calls answered live in the fourth Quarter of 2009

From October to December of 2009, we answered 95.9% of callers with a live person. We believe that answering the telephone with a live person is the key to excellent customer service. We closely track our performance and strive that less than one in every twenty callers goes to voicemail.

Last month we answered 96.5% of the calls we received.

Our goal is that fewer than 5 out of every 100 calls we receive will go to voicemail. In September, only 3.5 of every 100 calls we received went to voicemail, so we exceeded our goal. We take responsiveness to our customers and all callers very seriously, and track our performance.

Live call answering in August: 97.6%

Last month we answered 97.6% of the callers with a live person. Our goal is to answer over 95% of calls, and we track our performance very closely.

In July we answered almost every call with a live person-98.9%

July was our best month ever, for answering the telephone: 98.9% of our callers were answered live.
