While others make all callers go to voicemail, your call will be answered by a live person when you call BuySelf Realty. If a buyer or agent happens to call us, the call will be answered by a live person. We don't make them navigate a voicemail system and punch the right numbers to reach a live person.

Others answer the first calls but then switch
Yes, there are some Ohio companies out there will answer the phone before you have paid, but then require you to communicate via email, fax, or their website once you are listed. We don't believe in that. You call the same number from beginning to end, and get the same responsive service the entire time.

Look out for one person shops
Other companies aren't so much companies as they are one person shops. Sometimes they are available, some times they are not. When the one person gets sick, gets on a long phone call, goes on vacation, or has family obligations, good luck. Just hope your buyer or an agent doesn't call them during those times. From October to December of 2009, we answered 95.9% of callers with a live person. We believe that answering the telephone with a live person is the key to excellent customer service. We closely track our performance and strive that less than one in every twenty callers goes to voicemail.

Our goal is that fewer than 5 out of every 100 calls we receive will go to voicemail. In September, only 3.5 of every 100 calls we received went to voicemail, so we exceeded our goal. We take responsiveness to our customers and all callers very seriously, and track our performance.

Last month we answered 97.6% of the callers with a live person. Our goal is to answer over 95% of calls, and we track our performance very closely.

July was our best month ever, for answering the telephone: 98.9% of our callers were answered live.
