We guarantee your property will be in the right MLS. We only place listings in the primary MLS used by buyer agents in the area. Unlike other brokers, we don't believe placing a listing in any nearby Multiple Listing Service is acceptable.
As one of the first flat fee brokers, an industry leader and pioneer for over a decade, we know that a sale is difficult or impossible in the wrong MLS. Our knowledgeable team researches and understands which MLS is right for a property.
We simply don't offer service in areas where we don't have access to the right MLS. If for any reason you are not listed in the right MLS, we will correct the situation promptly or give you your money back.
As one of the earliest flat fee MLS brokers, we were the first to offer this guarantee. Like so many elements of the flat fee MLS listing, BuySelf Realty invented the Right MLS Guarantee. We found it hard to believe that a broker would put a listing in the wrong MLS, but unfortunately we tested flat fee brokers and more brokers failed than passed the test. Unfortunately, many brokers will put you into the wrong MLS, a nearby one because they aren't members of the proper MLS. There are over 800 MLSs and each one is expensive to belong to. We know that being in an MLS that isn't used by agents in the area is like not being in an MLS at all. That is why we have this guarantee, and it is popular and valuable.
